We have set the retreat date for Dec 2 from 1
- 4 PM with a pot luck dish to pass lunch, all
women of the Parish and beyond are invited.
Nov. 11 we are having Marybeth Hicks come to
speak
Dec 2 we are having an LCC Instructor teaching
us massage
Jan 6 we are having a Chiropractor from
Creative Wellness speak on how we carry stress
in our bodies
Feb. 3 Come As You Are Yoga is helping us
stretch
March 2 Blessing Cup will be helping us discover
what we need to care for our selves
And finally April 6 we end with Self care a life
long pursuit

Marybeth Hicks began her career in the White
House where she scribed special
correspondence and talking points for President
Ronald Reagan. After the White House, she was
communications director in educational and
healthcare institutions, served as an account
executive at public relations and advertising
agencies, worked for several non-profit
organizations, and acted as a communications
specialist for a national insurance company.
A graduate of Michigan State University,
Marybeth has served in leadership positions as a
community volunteer, including a term as a
gubernatorial appointee to the Michigan
Children's Trust Fund.
Marybeth lives in the Midwest with her husband of
20 years and their four children.
