groups we will use prayer, mediation, insightful
discussion of life and spiritual issues to help us,
together, determine the presence of God in
our lives. In our groups we:
* Share our sacred story with other women
who are seeking God, friendship, and faith to
gain greater insight into our lives
* Explore the connection between pregnancy,
mothering and spirituality
* Learn how our Baptismal roles help us to
become creators of a positive society
* Celebrate our unique “Holy Order” of Marriage

such as:
* Mary as our motherly role model
* Assessing our spiritual strengths
* Journaling as a tool to uncover spiritual insight
* God’s call in our lives
* Creating our spiritual place at home
* Building community
* Spiritual growth
* Discernment
* Creating Strong Mothers and Women;
to understand how God is always working with us
for our good and guiding us toward our best.
Finally…
Prayer is a tremendously powerful instrument of
Spiritual Lives Of Women. With it we invite the
Holy Spirit to be with us as we explore any areas of
feeling “stuck” that we might have and with prayer
we ask for healing of those wounded places.
Prayer has a supportive nature, with it we can be
with our Sister(s)-In-Christ when we cannot be
physically with them.
A mom may also engage in private spiritual
direction if she feels spiritual overwhelmed
Importantly what Spiritual Lives Of Women
provides is a place for women to feel free to share
the sacred story of their lives, dreams, hopes and
needs without fear of judgment.
